Another option that can be considered is vinyl flooring as it is cost effective and has an unlimited number of styles, color, and designs to choose from. It is easy to clean, stain resistant and resists water.

Now you are in the position to decide which is the best for you - refurbishing or new installation. As you can see, refurbishing might save a lot of your time and money and is the preferred choice when you do not have a high enough budget to completely replace your kitchen.
