How To Earn A Great Salary

By Chris Channing

High paying careers are important, and they are on the rise. Certain careers are in high demand and are also offering more for your time. Some careers require little time for a degree, but others require a lot of time to get a degree. Many offer instant high salaries, and some take years to actually reach a median or high end area salary.

Pharmacists make a good deal of money, and it is also considered one of the higher paying jobs on a list of 50. Since their job is so important to the world as a whole, they get the benefit of making around 100k per year, every year, with potential to grow. That guy who put your braces on? He makes an average of 150k per year. Since teeth are important to us, they also get super high salaries.

Pilots that fly airplanes and doctors also get very high paying salaries. Since their jobs also control the lives of others, they are entrusted with a serious task that could change the course of an individuals life. Doctors and pilots can make over 100k per year, and that often exceeds 200k per year after 10 years of working in the field. Depending on your expertise, and specialties you can make a great deal as a doctor or a private jet flier.

Generally, anything that deals with money also reaps a greater salary. High end bank managers, stock brokers, and account managers all have the potential to make over $1 million per year. That type of salary can take a decade to work up to, or if you are extremely lucky, it can be instant.

Most careers have a competitive edge, so you will work hard to get in on the competition. These jobs include nursing, and anything dealing with the medical field. The medical field pays rather high, and nurses can get a lot of benefits along with a decent salary.

Teaching is always a rewarding career, and the salary may not be extremely high like other important career salaries, but it comes with so much more that other jobs simply cannot offer. Without teachers we would not have the doctors, lawyers, bankers, nurses, and pilots that we have. A starting teachers salary will be in the 30k range, but they have potential to raise that, as well as get paid exceptional amounts teaching in special places like a private school.
