As long as you have a high speed connection and this software, you're good to go. No TV cards or hardware - just the software and you can watch wherever you can take your PC and get a connection. This is so nice that I don't think it will be around long. They'll probably start making you pay a monthly fee to access.
And even if they do increase the price - and I'm sure it won't double - but if it did - it would be worth it. I just paid over $150 for a DVD player... and this is much less than that. I installed on my PC and notebook - which I suppose is OK. I can take that wherever they have wireless and watch TV. And that's pretty sweet.
