However, if you are the kind of person who always work over time in the evening, you may not choose to do exercises after work since it will not work for you.
There are people who tend to watch TV after dinner. However, the fact here is that you will probably watch for a few hours and you will not turn your TV off unless it time to go to bed. In fact, it is a good time for exercising after dinner. As a result, you should just turn your TV off and start exercising.
In order to give yourself some motivations to exercise, you can try to invite your best friends to have some exercising sessions together.
Last but not the least, you should do something you like. If you love swimming, you should go swimming. You should enjoy exercising otherwise you will not want to do it.
